At Epic Retro, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Since our products are refurbished, please read our return policy carefully before ordering.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
• The item must be in the same condition you received it, with all original accessories and packaging.
• Items must not show signs of new damage caused after delivery.
• Consumables (e.g., batteries) are non-returnable once opened.
Tested & Working Guarantee
All refurbished items are tested before shipping. If your item arrives faulty or not working as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind, you may return the item within 14 days at your own shipping cost. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.
